Meet Margaret Mack, Luvo Liaison

Norma Marlowe

My name is Margaret Mack and I’m the Atlantic Region Luvo Liaison for Wound Care Advantage (WCA). I help our hospital partners with wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy program operations.

Luvo is WCA’s proprietary HIPAA-complaint management system, and our partners use it to streamline day-to-day operations. I collaborate with our doctors, nurses and clinicians, and teach them how to use Luvo and make the most of it - from developing policies and procedures, to documentation sheets, billing, and more. I also assist with enrolling them on our robust education platform, Luvo University. There, they can learn how to complete documentation, identify different wound types, and take a variety of courses.

I joined WCA three years ago, and I’ve learned so much. I really enjoy working with everyone on the wound care team, especially our nurses. In fact, the nurses have inspired me so much that I’ve decided to become one. After work I go to my night classes in pursuit of my BSN.

I live about 15 minutes away from our Sierra Madre office, in Old Town Pasadena. When I’m not at work or school, I’m usually in the yoga studio, out running or hiking, or doing something active on the weekends. One of my favorite things about my job is that I get to bring my dog, Peg, to work every day.

At the end of the day, it’s my responsibility to make sure our hospital partners’ needs are met and their patients get what they need in order to heal. That’s what I really love about my job.
